Dusan Vlahovic came close to opening the scoring early in the second half, but Thibaut Courtois blocked it, and “los blancos” can boast maximum points in the “stars” competition, while the Turinese have recorded two draws and one defeat up to this point of the competition.

Real Madrid and Juventus Turin faced each other in the third round of the UEFA Champions League main phase, and “los blancos” showed up at game time after a series of three consecutive victories obtained in all competitions. Thanks to this success, Real Madrid accumulated maximum points, after the first three rounds played in the Champions League, and the Italians have not “known the taste of victory” until this point of the European competition. “Los Blancos” occupy the fifth place in the general ranking, while the Turinese are on the 25th place.

In the next round of the UEFA Champions League, the Iberians will travel to the UK to “face off” with Liverpool, on “Anfield Road”, unlike Juventus, Igor Tudor’s team will play on home soil against the Portuguese team from Sporting Lisbon.
